The Eishold site was very old and outdated and no longer reflected the company they had grown into. Owner Simon Eishold commissioned Kingfisher to produce a new brand for the business along with a sophisticated new website.
Our creative process
We began by shortening the name to simply ‘Eishold’. The previous name of Eishold Property, whilst not overly long, still used the generic word ‘property’ which served no branding purpose and simply added unwanted complexity to the name. The more interesting and infinitely more memorable ‘Eishold’ was where we wanted to place the focus, because wherever the name was used, the nature of the business would be more than adequately identified. Then we worked with the existing green, but ditched the purple as once again its value was minimal, it made the brand quite dull and also added a secondary colour when one wasn’t required. Finally we developed new, modern typography and an icon that gave a nod to both the ‘e’ of eishold and also had a property-related influence. Once the brand was approved, we moved onto developing a mobile-friendly new website that better outlined the services provided by eishold, and presented them as leaders in their field.
