At Kingfisher, we won’t just ‘host’ your website. Websites are complex with various functionalities and a range of plugins to manage. If it’s not updated regularly, your site may have issues with how it displays, loads or functions, and could leave you open to security breaches. Our Hosting & Maintenance packages (built and run on the WordPress platform) ensure that your #1 digital asset is consistently tested and remains compliant.

All kingfisher maintenance packages include as standard: 

  • Monthly hosting on WPEngine (the most trusted and secure WordPress hosting service currently available) on an Australian server 
  • Daily backup of data and site files 
  • Run, install and check monthly updates to WordPress, plug-ins and security. Please note: The majority of the time these updates will be problem-free and something we run and monitor on your behalf. On occasion it may cause a clash or ripple with some plug-ins becoming incompatible or no longer supported. When this happens we get in touch and discuss the options. Major updates are run on our staging server (a mirror of your site) so your live site is not affected by any changes or installs until approved.

Our Packages

Primary Package

$113.99 / month

Standard Server

We host your site on our standard shared servers and carry out all maintenance tasks monthly (or more frequently for urgent updates) and keep you informed of any changes that may affect your site.  

Secondary Package

$135 / month

Stand-alone Server

As per the primary package but we host your site on a stand-alone server within WPEngine.  This is for extra large sites or ecommerce sites in particular that have a higher volume of data to maintain speed and performance.

Custom Package

Smaller or larger?

Maybe your site requires hosting but very little maintenance (e.g a holding page or business card site) OR you have multiple sites and need a dedicated server for everything to live in one place. We will create a custom quote based on your monthly requirements.
