When the new owner of Stephanie’s, a beloved lingerie and essentials boutique, took the reins, she knew it was time for a glow-up. The brand needed a fresh, modern feel that was inviting, feminine, and timeless—while also bridging the gap between loyal long-time customers and a younger, trend-conscious audience.
We didn’t just give Stephanie’s a facelift—we gave it a full-on brand transformation. We did this through a new logo with a refined stylish aesthetic, branding and advertising that was eye-catching and continued to build the new look. We also rebuilt the website and continue to monitor and build the SEO to improve their presence and reach. The social media campaigns and strategic content work to build a real connection between Stephanie’s and its customers—because the best brands talk back.
At the end of the day, a great lingerie store isn’t just about selling bras—it’s about making every customer, young or old, feel like they belong. And now, Stephanie’s does just that.

Rohan Johnson

Owner

Rohan enjoyed a varied career with roles in advertising management, business development and sales training before starting Kingfisher (formerly Rojay) in 1998. He has a wealth of experience in marketing strategy and execution, brand building, digital marketing and design. In his spare time you’ll find him playing drums for either his cover or original band, playing sport (golf, basketball, or AFL) or just hanging out with his family and enjoying the glorious Queensland weather.
